I'm a smoker, yeah not great I know, but since discovering the sore throat spray - which I initially used to speedily and efficiently kill off a sore throat when I first bought it - I now often use the spray to sort out my smokers cough if I've over indulged on a stressful day. dont have a nasal drip onto your chest. The throat spray i use three times a day. To stop Infection as i am allergic to cats dogs pollen cut grass. Excellant products.
